Booking Info and Policies
By booking your appointment you agree to these policies.
A 48 Cancellation notice is required. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours are responsible for 100% of the cost of the appointment.
Please arrive with clean dry hair, worn down with no hats, clips, ponytails etc. It’s best to see you hair in its most natural state. Please don’t wear hoodies, turtlenecks or chunky sweaters to your hair appointment.
Children and extra guests are not allowed at this time. Your appointment is all about you.
Be extra courteous if you are or have been around anyone feeling unwell, please kindly reschedule your appointment.
Please arrive on time and ready for your hair appointment. We do not have a grace period and appointments are expected to start at their scheduled time. Please call or text if you are running behind. After 15m your appointment will be cancelled.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new haircut. Please contact us with 2 days of your appointment for any adjustments.
New clients please book the “New Client Appointment.” Returning clients please thoroughly read through all appointment descriptions and contact me if you are unsure what to book. We use determined blocks of time for your appointments and selecting the proper appointment ensures we remain on time and not rushed in our day.

Please opt in to text and email notices in the Vagaro booking app. Important reminders and info is automated this way.
Our pricing is genderless and gratuity free.
Returning clients if it has been longer than 6months since your last haircut or if you are ready for a new style please book a Transformation Haircut.
