Hi, I’m Marissa, owner and cutting specialist at Anda Hair Studio. Pronounced On-Da, it is a Swedish word for spirited; which I feel embodies my approach to hair and life!

Anda Hair Studio is one woman studio salon located within The Cafe Vino Building, Fort Collins, CO.

I created Anda Studio with intention and integrity, to provide a unique salon experience. Anda is an inclusive space where creativity and connection can grow. I am a craft hairdresser with a passion for haircutting. I specialize in low maintenance haircuts that enhance your natural texture. I love creating softer cuts giving you less fuss and more longevity with beautiful grow outs. I believe your haircut should evolve seasonally and encourage clients to embrace all the unique shapes while their cut grows. My style is lived in and minimalistic. I am specialized in straight razor cutting and love creating shags, bobs, pixies, mullets and avant-garde shapes that best express who you are to the world. My salon is an LGBTQ+ friendly space, where all individuals may feel safe, seen and heard. Come as you are and let me help you express your truest self to the world.

I find my work incredibly fulfilling and it is truly an honor to create with you. My focus is on the art of the haircut and I no longer offer any chemical services in my salon. I’ve devoted countless hours to honing my cutting techniques and have taken numerous classes with Jayne Mathews, Lo Shabino, April Kayganich, Gianni Scumaci, and Brian Hickman to name a few.

I use only sustainable non-toxic hair products that are free of synthetic fragrance and other harmful chemicals.

All booking is done through my online appointment system. But first, please read through my list of services as well as my company policies. Feel free to email me with any questions. I look forward to meeting you!

“I’ve always used art, fashion and most of all hair design to express myself. As a life long pixie cut gal, I’ve spent a lot of time in hair salons. Over the years my passion grew and I decided to get my license so I that could create the type of experience that I’ve always wanted to have at a hair salon.”
