By scheduling your appointment you agree to these terms


All new clients please book one of the Transformation Haircut Options. Crafting custom hair takes time and I never rush through appointments. I use specific appointment times set up to keep my schedule running smooth and on time. Please contact me if you have any questions about what services you need to select when booking.


Cancellations: A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. You are responsible for the time you reserve. Less than 48 hours notice incur a 50% fee. No Shows and same day cancellations are responsible for 100% of the services booked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be marked as a no show and billed for your missed appointment.


Please do not bring your children with you to your haircut appointment. My studio is very small with sharp things and I need to focus entirely on you during our appointments. It’s best to leave your friend or family at home as well unless you have back to back appointments. I’ve found it best to work one on one this way.


Please come prepared to discuss your hair goals and be sure to bring no more than 2-3 inspiration pictures to assist in our consultation. All clients should arrive with clean dry hair (1-2 days since washed or whatever clean means to you) worn down, no hats, pony tails clips etc. I like to see your hair in its most natural state/style. My niche is enhancing your natural texture so it is imperative that I see your hair in its most natural state. New clients please tell me about your hair in the appointment notes when you book online. Describe your length, density, texture and hair goals. This helps me ensure we have the correct appointment time booked for you and if determine if I am the right stylist for your needs.


Day of appointment: Please arrive on time and ready for your appointment, it is imperative that we have all the time we need together. If you are running more than 15 minutes late be aware that your appointment will be marked as a no show and billed as such. Please reschedule your appointment if you are or have been feeling ill with any symptoms. Please send a courtesy text if you are running behind.


Adjustments: My goal is for you to love your hair before you walk out my door, however if you need an adjustment please contact me within 2 days of your appointment for an adjustment. Anything after that will require a new appointment.


Health and Safety: Please be extra cautious before you schedule your hair appointment. Be sure that you have not experienced any illness at all in recent weeks or been in close proximity to someone who has been ill. I always adhere strictly to state regulated sanitation requirements and take great pride in being a Colorado Licensed Cosmetologist.
